Management training

Most managers have been promoted due to their expertise or their tenure within the company. Convinced to be the best-in-class from a technical point of view, it is very difficult for them to stand back from the operational and invest time into pure management tasks.

We have developed a training methodology dedicated to resolve this issue. We provide them with simple and practical tools, taking time to discuss with them how they can effectively use these in the workplace.

Training is a useful tool to hone skills but cannot in itself guarantee results. That is why we - as often as possible - follow up the training with another phase in which we accompany managers to help them translate their acquired learnings into all their activities.

To measure the return on training investment, we offer you an assessment of the actual development of skills between the beginning and the end of the process.
